League teams are made up of 3-4 people, fighting in weight categories in a friendly environment in North Weald.
Nunchaku classes will take place on some Friday evening's at IRDSA Hall, Barkingside Time 6.45pm – 7.45pm
Classes will cost £5 per student. The price depends on a minimum of 15 students.

Training assessment for anyone who is interested in joining the Junior League teams.
Teams will be drawn up following this session so attendance is essential if you wish to be considered, regardless of whether you have previously been in a team.

These classes take place every Tuesday with Seishan Karate.
They are separate from Shinka Karate lessons with separate licence and gi.
You do not have to be training in karate to join.

Fight club classes will take place on alternating weeks on Saturday's at 12noon.
Fight club is a great additional class for those interested in increasing their general fitness levels and also for those who are involved at competitions at a higher level.
These classes will focus on solely on stamina building and competitive fighting.
Classes will cost £7 per student, payable on attendance.
We are always in need of help at karate competitions so as to make them the best possible experience for the kids competing. Please attend this course to learn how to help on the tables. You do not need to know the rules. Learn how to work the scoreboard and help us run the comp smoothly. This part of the course is free!
Attend the course to improve your knowledge and skill as an Arbitrator, Judge, Referee or all three! If you are just starting out or looking to advance to the next stage. Official Karate Sport England qualifications can be, and will be, achieved at this and future courses.
The Referee course is £10 on the day.
